Terms of Service for Tiro
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, registering an account for, or using Tiro (the "App"), operated by Amphion Technology Co. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Service Description
Tiro provides advanced AI-powered voice assistant services, including but not limited to Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), emotion analysis, text rewriting, instant translation, meeting minute generation, and an auto-paste functionality for cross-application text insertion.
To access certain features (such as long-term meeting minutes), you must register a user account. The App is provided for informational, productivity, and personal use only.
3. Disclaimer (AI Limitations & Functionality)
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
- AI & Emotion Analysis Limitations: Outputs generated by the App, including text transcriptions, rewrites, translations, and emotion recognition, are powered by artificial intelligence. AI can make mistakes, hallucinate facts, or misinterpret nuances and vocal tones. We do not guarantee the absolute correctness, reliability, or objectivity of any AI-generated result or emotion label.
- Auto-Paste Functionality: Tiro includes a feature that can automatically paste generated text into other applications on your device. You are solely responsible for verifying the text and the active input field before utilizing this feature. We are not liable for any unintended messages sent, text overwritten, or data leaked due to the use of the auto-paste function.
- Not for Critical Use: You should not rely on the App for critical situations (e.g., medical, legal, financial, or safety-related communications and decisions).
- No Warranty: We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
4. User Account & Conduct
- Account Security: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the App, including the auto-paste feature, to generate or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights. You further agree not to use the App for malicious automation, spamming, or to reverse engineer our services.
5. Intellectual Property
Tiro, including its underlying code, algorithms, and design, is the intellectual property of Amphion Technology Co. Ltd. By using the App, you grant us a temporary license to process your voice and text input strictly for the purpose of providing you with the App's services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amphion Technology Co. Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from translation or transcription errors, AI misinterpretations, auto-paste mishaps, or data loss.
